Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman will sit down with their attorneys to try and hammer out a deal and work out their legal issues, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. Jon Gosselin has insinuated that Glassman may be connected to the alleged holiday ransacking of their apartment. Glassman has filed a formal complaint with the NYPD alleging Gosselin pushed her during a Dec. 20 argument.
After days of he said, she said, apparently both sides are willing to set down with their lawyers and work things out. Hailey’s attorney Stephanie Ovadia told RadarOnlline.com exclusively: “Hailey, Jon myself and Mr. Heller (Jon’s attorney, Mark Heller) have decided to privately sit down at the table and discuss the matter. We are going to discuss a resolution.”
Mark Heller, Jon Gosselin’s attorney has confirmed that Hailey’s attorney has contacted them and would like to work things out. Mark Heller will be out of town on vacation until January 3rd, but did say that a conference call between parties could be held this week.
People magazine is reporting that Jon is in New York and speaking to Hailey and trying to work things out.

I’m not an attorney but once a formal complaint is made for abuse isn’t it taken out of the victims control . What I mean is doesn’t it have to go before a judge, and can’t be settled privately?
There is too much drama with these two. I guess there is too much drama with Jon and anyone he dates. sheesh
Paula, I am thinking the same thing. Heller was saying Hailey was going to jail and then suddenly everything is going to be settled with their lawyers? Just goes to show there never was any criminal conduct in the first place.
I am sure the citizens of NYC just love the fact that Jon and his attorneys wasted their police officers time with this foolishness.
As for Hailey being shoved (if it happened) — just walk away girl and don’t look back. That is if you are serious about moving on with your life.
