People is reporting that Jon Gosselin is dating 25-year-old Morgan Christie, originally of Greenwich, Conn., and now making her home in California. They reportedly met while skiing in Utah over the Thanksgiving weekend. One source told People that Morgan grew up very privileged with tons of money. “He’s a guy who doesn’t like to be alone,” says a source close to the father of eight. “He has a girl that he likes, but they have been taking things very slow.” I am not sure what Jon’s definition of slow is but the National Enquirer is reporting that she was with him over the Christmas holidays in Reading, PA. Also there are reports that he is thinking about moving to Utah to be closer to his new girlfriend.
Hailey Glassman was also interviewed by People and stated “I’ve been through way too much for a 22-year-old, and the amount of stress and pain I’ve endured is unfathomable.” Although there are claims that Hailey is attempting to take the high road she took several shots at Jon in her interview. “Congrats to the new girlfriend and I wish [Jon] luck with his move to Utah. I mean, I’m not sure if he remembers he has eight children back in Pennsylvania” stated Glassman.

ok…i’m not a big hailey fan but i totally agree with this statement. i think this is the saddest thing.
As for the new “girlfriend”, I’ll give Jon the benefit of the doubt until there is more proof that they are actually seeing each other. I do think *another* new girlfriend is a BAD idea. It’s his life, but I don’t see a new relationship as a good thing. Kate is being smart about this. Take your time. Deal with the immediate issues at hand. There is no need to rush into a new relationship.
Hailey – I don’t think she is ready to leave the spotlight. I can believe that Jon treated her shabbily, but she played her own part in the drama. I think she needs to move on.
Yeah, the last thing Jon needs is a new woman in his life, IMO. He seems like the type who just isn’t comfortable being on his own, and it would be more healthy for him to address the reasons for that before jumping into a new relationship.
For someone who hates the publicity, Hailey certainly seems to be seeking it out.
I thought the rule of thumb was one was to wait a whole year after a divorce was legal to even think about dating. One would need the time to reflect and move forward. Sheeesh!

I think Jon is the type of person who hates being alone. I hope he gets rid of Hailey!! Jon may have a new interest in a girl from Utah, but he also has an interest in skiing. Jon is free now, as is Kate to date who they want. I wish them both the best!!
I don’t care if Jon dates and, hopefully this girl is more mature and classy than the myriad of girls he was with in 2009. But I do think it is awful that he is thinking of moving so far from the children.
I don’t like the fact that he is thinking of moving so far away, however, if he has a job offer in Utah this could be a good thing. As far as him dating, it’s his life and he can date whomever, but the young girls are probably stroking his ego.

A little OT , but two of our favorite child advocates have had a little setback. It seems a California judge thinks Paul Petersen has no business trying to tell Nadya Suleman how to take care of her kids. Gloria Allred is his attorney, of course.

Isn’t it ironic that Kate gets slammed for going to a local spa or salon to get her nails done, which in my area, which isn’t all that far from Reading, costs all of about $15-$20 a visit, but Jon gets a free pass from the Creeples for going back and forth to Utah to ski several times a year because he was SOOOOOOOOOOOO abused and is such a wonderful dad!???

I totally agree. I would add “publicity hound” to the other adjectives used to describe Peterson and Allred.
I may not agree with all of Suleman’s actions, but she has not done anything IMO to warrant complete strangers interfering in her life and that of her children.

So far I agree with all your statements about Jon dating , he does have that choice since he now divorced . Still wish he would take some time to really clear his head before getting involved with anyone else. I think that is why Kate has such a hard time verbally communicating with him. It is not out of jealousy, but it is like having 3 people in the room. No wonderChristmas was a little tense if the new girlfriend was indeed staying at a hotel in the area.

The Perez Hilton picture…. who knows who this girl is, maybe just a “fan” photo op, maybe a little photo shop. I could care less who he dates, but I don’t think this is enough proof of a new girl. If he does ever meet someone with money that is interested in him…. I do believe he’d be after that.
Paul Peterson needs to get his nose out of other’s lives. Nadya doesn’t have a show from what I know so what’s his beef there. Wasn’t it that he wanted J&K to stop “ruining” their kids lives by putting them on TV?
Seems like Jon is getting a lot of negative press lately, I am not a fan of Jon but all those who were paying him to be on their shows just a few months ago are really busy pointing out single negative thing he does now.

No one would think much of him going out on a date now if he had been acting like he had any sense. I’m to the point of when I hear the name Jon Gosselin, I automatically expect bad news. He’s never finished fighting and wrapping up his current relationship when he starts a new one.
It’s too bad he doesn’t put as much effort into finding employment as he does in finding new women. He supposedly met the latest at Thanksgiving, when he and Hailey had just broken up a week or two before. He needs to take some time off to figure out how he’s going to come up with the money he now knows he will owe for child support.
