I have never watched. I saw a couple when the tv was left on but didn’t care for it. For some reason, I am annoyed at the commercials and when I see the pics in the tabs. Prob because I am so disinterested in all of the actresses and the hoopla. The first movie was a big deal.

I watched the series from time to time. I seens the first movie with girlfriends and cosmos. I seen Sex and the City 2. You know, I really like the concepts of them all but I don’t think I needed to see the porno parts to get the drift. Other than that….Loved it!!

Pam, I can’t believe Jeff is not dying to sit down and watch SATC2 w/you.

I was surprised there was a first movie made and that it did so well. I do think this second one may have suffered from over exposure.

From what I have seen of the series and heard of the first movie, I don’t know that there was a lot of story left to tell. I understand fans become invested in the characters, however, and people like seeing them on the big screen. If there was a “Sopranos” movie made, I would so be there – even though I know it probably wouldn’t be as good as the series….

I am kind of bleh about summer movies anyway. I will probably see ‘Toy Story 3″ with my daughter. She is really excited. Beyond that, there isn’t much that interests me.

I’ve seen it.

I also came into the series late. I liked it. I think I’ve seen them all but not in order. I thought the first movie was good. I was suprised by that because usually I don’t think movies based on TV shows are as good as the series.
I didn’t think this second movie was as good as the first. I thought the story (Carrie’s anyway) followed along with the series but maybe not executed as well. I thought it was too Carrie-centric and not enough of the other ladies and their relationships.

Some funny moments but pretty blah.
