ABC News is reporting that “Sextuplets Take New York”, a new show featuring the Carpio family, will premiere September 14 on TLC. Eight episodes will document the daily challenges faced by Victor and Digna Carpio, their 9-year-old son, and 22-month-old sextuplets. The Carpios are being billed as “The Next Gosselins” and America’s first Hispanic sextuplets.
TLC also announced the September 26 premiere of “Sister Wives”, a seven episode series following Kody, a Utah salesman who shares his large home with three (soon to be four) wives, and thirteen children. TLC president Eileen O’Neill told the New York Post that the polygamist family “intrigued us and left us with a lot of questions, and I think our audience will have similar questions.” Polygamy is illegal in Utah.
Last but not least — “Quints by Surprise” which begins with a special on August 30 and a spinoff series is expected to start in early September. This production will feature the Jones family of Texas who are proud parents of quintuplets - four daughters and a son. They also have a six-year-old daughter named Eliot.
Controversy has surrounded TLC’s “Kate + 8″ for years, yet it continues to see high ratings. TLC seems content to make big families a staple of its programming. Will you be watching? Do you think Carpios and Jones will be able to tap into the Gosselins’ fan base? Are you interested in watching a reality show featuring a polygamous family? What’s your take on TLC’s fall lineup?

I think it’s VERY weird that TLC has all of these “big family” shows. But knowing myself I will probably end up watch most of them…. I love watching other parent’s parenting. Some times I learn something, most of the time I realize what a good job I’m doing.
I do not care to watch another big family show, I only watched J&K+8 ~ 3 or 4 times before the media divorce frenzy, I will admit it made me more curious to watch it more which I did.
I happened to like Kate’s realness and those adorable Gosselin kids pulled me in.
I am looking forward to the polygamist show, LMAO.
They intrigue me ? I enjoyed Big Love but this show will be a real polygamist family, It should be very interesting.
I will check them out because I am nosey. But it will be their personalities that will either keep me or lose me!1 I am used to watching a show about multiples where the mother (and the kids) have personality+ (yes, I am prejudiced!!), so I am pretty picky!!! I will give them a chance though. I love shows with big families–hmmm, wonder why!!! lol!
I will check them out because I am nosey.~Mom of KT
Me too. I will definitely be giving them a chance to catch my interest. I had high expectations fo Table for 12 when that started. Although, I thought they were a lovely family, I forgot about watching them. I remember Digna Carpio from a post on GDNOP. I always kind of wondered what happened to her and figured they liked their quiet life. I was surprised to see this about their new show. I want to see all the little kids and how the parents are coping.
Not a TLC show, but I have a caught a couple more of the Masche’s. I really like Jennie, the children are a handful and so cute.
I am looking forward to Sister Wives too. That’s the one I’m most curious about. I want a glimpse inside this world.
I will probably check it out, but I know it won’t hold my interest. I like Kate…period.
I have watched the Masches. I do not care for the parents, at all.
I am looking forward to Sister Wives too. I am a big Big Love fan so that intrigues me.
I’d like to say no, but I’ll get sucked in. I am a sucker for reality shows about different types of parenting. That’s how I found the Gosselins. I was awake late at night and watching a Trading Spaces rerun on TLC and saw a promo for the first special and stayed up to watch it and was hooked. Same reason try as I might I always end up watching SuperNanny etc against my better judgment. I finally got myself to stop watching Wipe Swap…such a train wreck of a show but it did provide my kids a valuable lesson…..they have normal parents! LOL
I am not as interested in watching the other multiples shows. Kate and the kids (and even Jon once upon a time although that pains me to say it after his behavior of late) are what pulled me in with their personalities. I normally don’t watch those type of shows. I did like Table of 12 though so maybe I’ll give it a chance.
I will check them out because I am nosey. But it will be their personalities that will either keep me or lose me!
Yes, that’s where I am at, too. I like reality shows because I’m interested in human behavior. I prefer, overall, the ones with “normal” people in fairly normal situations, which was what attracted me to the Gosselin show in the first place (well, that and the adorable kids). Though I have been known to watch some of the more out-there ones here and there, you won’t catch me watching something like “Rock of Love” on a regular basis.
To contradict myself, the polygamy show looks fascinating. But I think there’s a difference between unusual and skanky.
I do totally agree that it’s the personalities that will keep me watching.
I am not big on reality TV but I will check out Sister Wives. I think there are a few people that said something in The Lounge about wanting a thread to discuss this show so I think we will do that. Could be interesting.
Will I watch Sister Wives? I don’t know. The idea just repulses me personally. Ugh. I am so grossed out by men who bounce from woman to woman. Don’t even get me started about what it must feel like to be a kid in that family, watching to make sure your mama gets treat fairly. Do they teach the boys that they will have mutiple wives? Are the girls taught to see themselves as unequal to the boys? Ugh.
I’ll watch the Carpios if I sense some fun blogging behind it. We’ll see.
I think the Hayes family was also called the “next Gossellins”, and they haven’t caught on that much, although I think they are coming back.
You’d think they would have learned by now that it takes more than having multiples, or a large family, to be interesting to watch. With the Gosselins, you had an attractive family (adorable kids) and the interaction between J&K which got people’s attention. For me, the Duggars, although they irk me, are the only other family I really like to watch. They are a nice, attractive family, with the added controversy over some of their beliefs and actions, which keeps people interested.
According to my daughter, we’ll be giving these new families a try, but we’ll see if they have anything different to offer.
I’ll be checking out Sister Wives. I’m waiting for the last season of Big Love to come out on dvd because we dropped HBO.
I don’t watch a lot of “reality” shows; it pretty much depends on whether or not the people on them appeal to me. Cake Boss is growing on me but it will never replace Ace of Cakes in my heart (I am so annoyed at my younger niece; she got to meet Duff and I didn’t; she said he’s every bit as fun and nice as he comes across on the show); I am hooked on the “Say Yes to the Dress” shows, and, to my total and complete astonishment, I love Bethany Gets Married? (her life style is totally alien to me; but she has a sort of wounded bird quality and it’s lovely to see her with her husband and especially now her little girl.) For me it always was Kate + 8. I used to like Jon well enough most of the time but he always seemed the weak link on the show with his tendencies towards snarky passive-agressive behavior. I don’t watch the competitive elimination shows like Survivor, etc. Too nasty for me.
I’ll watch it to check it out. I like Jenny but didn’t get much sense about the kids as they really didn’t show them that much. The Hayes family I just couldn’t get into. I dislike the Duggars.
Sister Wives I’ll give shot, but I have to admit it creeps me out all those women sharing one man? I have watched specials on this topic and it just is beyond my ability to comprehend why they want to do this.
PeggyP, put me down as an Ace of Cakes fan. I love that show. Their skills and the creative ideas they come up w/are amazing. I love the whole cast but never thought of it as a reality show til you pointed that out. It was so fun as they became more famous and started doing the movie premieres. I like watching them have the fun of meeting people they admire.
I think the Hayes family was also called the “next Gossellins”~Kiki
They were. IRC it was the exact headlines. TLC will be interested in airing Kate Plus 8 as long as it is profitable. I’m sure they want to keep them that way. Kate has made quite a name for herself. I remember being excited the first time she was on Larry King. Now, she’s doing the Emmy’s! (insert Ziggy’s song here). When there is no Kate Plus 8, I think she will be able to stay around quite awhile if she desires.
Jimmy Fallon was on the Today show this morning and they mentioned Kate being on the Emmys with him, and showed a picture of her. He said the opening would include a lot of things that had gone on in television this year, but Kate was the only performer mentioned by name.
Her fifteen minutes are so over, lol.
There is another new family as well, ‘Surprise Quints’. It is premiering right after Kate + 8 this week. It sure seems that TLC is giving all the hate sites a big Bronx cheer.
I think a large part of the problem with families like the Gosselins is that without the kids being home all day it’s difficult to get the footage. The twins are at an age where they are at friends half the time and doing homework the other half. The tups have after school things as well. Short of going the Duggar route of homeschooling it was bound to come to an end.
This is what Kate has been clipping coupons and stockpiling money in accounts. I have no doubt that she and the kids will be fine when the tv money is over. That might be a while. We certainly keep feeding the celebrity machine. The money the kids from Jersey Shore bring is is just amazing.
I will check out those shows. I don’t think any of the other HOM families shows will be as popular as Jon and Kate Plus 8. That it, unless the mom is as controversial as Kate. Why are other moms and women so… I don’t know, offended? threatened? by a wife and mother that doesn’t fit into their narrow definition of what a good wife and mother should be. If it were up to the haters all wives and mothers would be demure, submissive and dowdy martyrs.
I sort of hope Sister Wives portrays a positive image of a polygamous family. All people ever hear about polygamy is negative things like underage marriages and spousal abuse. I am sure it is not like that for ALL polygamous families. If it is consensual then I don’t have a problem with it. I can definitely see how it would be handy having a sister wife around the house. I also hope the family does not receive too much negative attention like having their house vandalized or something.
It could just be my imagination, but I think TLC really likes Kate and is trying to get her jobs wherever they can. So Kiki, I don’t think her 15 minutes are up, or even close to being up! My opinion! Haven’t seen ANY of these showswith multiples with anywhere near the charisma that Kate’s show has! But then, of course, seeing that its my daughter and grandchildren, my opinion probably doesn’t count.
Ziggy–enjoyed your blog!
Hey Mom, I was just being facetious. The haters love to say her 15 minutes are up every time she does something new. I agree, the other shows just don’t have the same appeal.
TLC loves Kate? As far as I am concerned, Kate is TLC. Sorry, I am not a great t.v. watcher, but those 8 little Gosselins won my heart. That didn’t happen w/o Kate! Anything that Kate does from here on in…it’s a win -WIN. ;0)))
I watch a few shows on TLC but my favorite is Kate and the children’s show. It always brings back the so sweet memories of my son when he was little and the adorable things he said and did.
As far as the Sisters Wifes show I won’t be watching it. Frankly it disgusts me and I’ve seen a cult like this. We have one sort of what they call a breakaway one in my state and there have been nothing but problems there. The law has been after them for years because of the complaints by the women and children there and how they have literally been prisoners there and some real life horror stories so I’ve had my fill of that kind of lifestyle and I just can’t condone it so I won’t be watching because I know more about this type of living then I ever wanted to know about.
I do watch LA Ink and I haven’t got a clue as to why I like it but I do love the art although I will never get a tattoo myself. That kind of art is just not my thing but I”m not going to judge those that do like it.
I used to watch the LIttle People but lost interest after one season.
Oh my if I had a dollar for every time someone said Kate’s fifteen minutes are up I would be a wealthy woman. I have to laugh each time I see it posted or said because from my standpoint I see Kate becoming more and more of a celebrity and there is no question she is a ratings draw. I’m so happy for her appearance on the Emmy’s. No we don’t know what she will do but it really doesn’t matter because the negative people will still say negative things.
HB I do agree whatever Kate will be on or participate will be a win win situation for a long time and no matter what the negative people say, Kate is here to stay.
Sorry Kiki–sometimes things in print don’t come over as facetious! I guess i am a little sensitive on the “15 minutes” theme!! I am SO sick of hearing it!
That’s ok Mom. I see Kate is going to be a special correspondent for Entertainment Tonight from the Emmys. Good for her! (Although ET showed that clip of the kids being dropped off at the school bus, which I don’t think they should have.)
Mom of KT , I think that most of us are very weary hearing about the 15 minutes thing. Guess what? Kate gets more popular every day and there is no denying it. You have a lovely, sweet and funny daughter and the most adorable grandchildren ever. Except for mine of course. Seriously you are one lucky lady to have them in your lives and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing with us your feelings and they will always be respected. Nothing but positive.
Thanks, Lexxi!! I certainly do enjoy THE POSITIVE!!
Kiki, Is she really? That’s awesome. Think of all the people she will see (and those who will see her). WTG Kate. I can’t wait to see that.
There are several hater phrases of which I’m sick of hearing. “15 minutes” is one. “Damage control” is another one. They’ve been screaming that one for a long time. Anytime, they can’t explain the good they see in Kate, that one is pulled out of the hat.
I sort of hope Sister Wives portrays a positive image of a polygamous family. All people ever hear about polygamy is negative things like underage marriages and spousal abuse. I am sure it is not like that for ALL polygamous families. If it is consensual then I don’t have a problem with it.~Teresa E.
I am hoping it’s positive too. There are conservatives and liberals who practice polygamy w/very different lifestyles for their non-traditional families. From what I have read, this is a conservative family. I have no problem w/either or in-between as long as it’s consensual as you said.
Peggy, You and I have similar taste in reality TV!
I’ll give the new reality shows a chance, but the other multiple shows have left me cold. I never could tell the Masche sextuplets apart.. and don’t get me going about the parents… YECCCH! For that matter, the Hayes family seemed very nice, but the kids did not have the personality of the Gosselins, who are cute, bright and full of personality! I’ve never been able to take much of the Duggars at a time. I don’t approve of the fact that the children, especially the older girls, are locked away on their compound and are taking full responsibility for the house and young sibs and don’t have the opportunity for any outside education…. (and I’m not just talking about since Josie was born…but since the show began.)
Charm City Cakes did a cake for an event at my office in DC last year and it was the hit of the party! Cake Boss is okay, but it doesn’t hold a candle to Duff and his crew, IMO.
I have to admit I’ve become addicted to the Real Housewives series and Say Yes to the Dress.
I realize I watch very little network TV these days. Bravo, TLC and TCM are my faves right now…
Judy says…Bravo, TLC and TCM are my faves right now…
Same here. When the summer is over, I will watch the NBC comedy block on Thursday night and a few other broadcast network shows, but more of my viewing is further up the cable box these days.
I am not that old (I don’t think?), but I remember when we had a choice of 5 or so channels!
As for these new shows, I admit to being interested. “Sister Wives” is definitely on my radar. I watch “Big Love” and have read a few books on the LeBaron family (dysfunctional and scary!) I think polygomy presents a lot of problems, such as the fact that young men are often sent away so that older men can have more young wives, but I am betting TLC probably chose wisely and this family will be more clean-cut and less creepy than some of the families we have heard about. I’m keeping an open mind.
“Kate Plus 8 ” will always be the best show on TLC! Partly because of Kate, but I am going to give a shout out to Alexis, my favorite G kidlet. Since I am not “Mom of KT”, I think it’s ok for me to have a favorite – right?!?
Very excited for the emmy’s and the new episode coming out of Kate + 8!
The other shows I’m not so interested in. Since I’m from Texas I may check out the other multiple show with the family from there… but it def is the personalities on the show that will make it or break it!
Mom of KT – I certainly see where your daughter got her spunk and I certainly see Kate passing that spunk on to her kiddos…. yay for more women with personalities and no more stepford women stuffed into cookie cutters and aprons… we are all great imperfectly wonderful women!
I love them all–but it seems that Alexis is the most like OUR side of the family! She was the one that had blonde hair at birth. Kate had reddish blonde hair. She got the red from me–my hair is auburn.
Ziggy — Id love to follow your blog.. where can I find it?
DH and I have watched Big Love from the beginning. Sometimes it’s a little too weird for my taste, sometimes it’s a LOT too weird, but the acting is so good… I’m looking forward to seeing how Sister Wives is presented. This is a lifestyle that is so foreign to me.
Anya, When I grew up in NC, we had three stations. On a clear day, we could pick up a fuzzy station from Roanoke, VA that played old movies in the afternoon. Mom and I would watch when I got home from school. She introduced me to classic film that way! My parents got cable just about the time I left for college. (That was about 45 years ago! Needless to say, it was very basic!)
Today’s myriad of choices are mind-boggling. DH is great a cruising for new shows. When I find something I like, I stick with it.
K+8 is great because of Kate and the kids. I’m with you! Alexis has won my heart, too! What a character and what a charmer!
Hmm, it just occurred to me- Mary Hart is leaving E T, and Samantha Harris, who does the show most of the time now, is pregnant. Looks like there’ll be some openings there soon.
Kate’s done the correspondent thing before, I guess they like her. Is she having an on-air audition?
Kiki I was just about to post the same thing! Then I’d watch ET again.
Ms Ziggy I believe I found your blog and I am very happy to follow and read your thoughts! I used to visit ROL or US looking at the comments, but with so many negative remarks you just feel dirty posting there… now I have nice places to come read thoughtful women discussing things with respect!
Mom of KT…I love them all–but it seems that Alexis is the most like OUR side of the family!
Sassy is just plain adorable (I have picked up Kate-speak and I love it!).
Does she get her spunky, mischievous side from you all too? Just in reading some of both you and Clairissa’s posts on FB, I kind of see a resemblance in that area. I hope it is clear – this is a total compliment!
Lindsay,
Anyway, welcome and be sure and check out Ziggy’s blog. She has a great site.
I meant to welcome you the other day. We have another Lindsey that post here and at first I was getting a little confused. You spell your names differently so that is a good thing.
Yes, Anya–all my kids are sassy–and loud!! It was quite deafening in our house!
Thanks K’s Mom for telling that your kids were sassy and loud. I grew up in the same kind of household, maybe that’s why my Mother would just walk out the back door and go to her flower garden and let us fight it out .
I will give Sister Wives a chance also, fell for the Big Love series. It was interesting, part of the family in the compound and part in the real world. It did show they do clash if you leave.
I am trying to read more and quilt this year. I think sometimes we become involved in personal lives of people on TV, which is not what I want to do. But I sure loved those G’s babies, and my favorite scene was when Kate came back from her Tummy tuck and I think it was Hannah who kept saying Mommy. Mommy, Mommy, from her crib. Made my heart melt. Correct me if I am wrong if it was not Hannah!!
Thanks to all those who enjoy my blog. MOKT, thank you for reading my blog. I have strong feelings about things. I’ll plead as my grandfather used to do when we remarked on his outspokenness – I’m old, I’ve earned the right! I’m not THAT old, almost 57, just some days feel older than others, as we all do.
I agree, I haven’t seen any other family of multiples who have the charisma that Kate and her kids do. I like Tori Spelling, too, and I think her kids also have great charisma. I just haven’t been able to get taken away by the other families of multiples. I don’t dislike them, just not ‘entranced’ with them, so to speak. Ok, now I know the haters will take my use of the word entranced and run with it, who cares, got to throw them a tid bit on occasion.
Sister Wives – I’m a big believer in people should be able to live their lives as they choose, but as I said, it just creeps me of thinking of sharing my husband with another woman, especially on purpose. But at the same time, I’m oddly interested in the ‘why’ .
Snickers – the scene you mentioned I think I my all time favorite scene from the show. You could just see the love radiating between mommy and baby and knew that was one very special mommy moment. It brought such memories back when my were that young and called me mommy in their sweet baby voice, how it warmed my heart. You could tell it warmed Kate’s, too.
MOKT – my mom was from a family of six – there were about 14 grandkids. We got together often. Although not at many as in your family, as you said – the noise! The DISHES! (I usually choose to be the dishwasher). My grandmother was happiest when she had everyone together under her roof. My grandmother was a very Christian woman but not above cheating at Uno.
I hope Kate shows us the swag!
I’d really like to see Kate get more work as a interview type – I think she’s good at that & appears to really enjoy that.

Snickers, That was Alexis!
At our house TV time is limited and the big question everday is, “Are the Mommie and kids on today?” They of course they are referring to K+8. I have let them read MOKT and told them that she is the kids Grammy. Hi MOKT, so glad you are here and posting frequently.
On Saturday nites at 8 I like watching AS TIME GOES BY w/Judi Dench and at 9:30 KEEPING UP APPEARANCES, both are on PBS and are English comedies. Puffman enjoys these with me. My SIL who is a medical professional in the child life field met Jennifer Arnold at a neo-natal seminar she attended and was telling me about this most special little person Neonatalogist who was a keynote speaker. My SIL was not aware of the TLC show or K+8. I’m not sure how anyone has existed the last 18 mos without having at least some knowledge of Kate Gosselin. Guess the medical profession is on an entirely separate cybersphere.
Ziggy is for now and evermore the Zigginator our leader in creating justice, truth, and the American way for Kate and her 8. Go Ziggy!
Puff, some would call me a grouchy, opinionated old woman! LOL I’ll got with yours.
OH, I love Jen! I loved the episode where she got a custom made cloture gown.
I just wanted to add that I don’t think Jon and Kate Plus 8 was so popular ONLY because of Kate. I started watching because my daughter is the same age as the sextuplets. So our family was going through the same stages as the Gosselins except, of course, we only had one at the time. Also, our kids are half Asian so we had that in common as well. It is for those reasons that I personally do not find the other shows as interesting.
Oh, Teresa, I definitely agree. I was drawn to the show because of the kids and then got interested in Kate. Althought I’d watch Kate in anything, I still love seeing the kids. It has been fun seeing them grow and their interaction with each other. As one whose kids are long grown, hasn’t any young children around and won’t have any around for some time, it gives me the ability of still being able to enjoy young kids. And having kept up with them through the years, just makes it more fun to keep up with them.
Hi, all! I’ve been reading here for a while but never felt it necessary to chime in myself, since you all cover everything so thoroughly. It’s great reading! It’s taken this comment to get me to post here for the very first time:
“I love them all–but it seems that Alexis is the most like OUR side of the family! She was the one that had blonde hair at birth. Kate had reddish blonde hair. She got the red from me–my hair is auburn.”
because I was watching a webisode yesterday and it hit me that Cara’s hair has a reddish blonde undertone, it’s very light, maybe because it’s the summertime, and I remembered Kate saying that Cara’s hair is most like her own. Both Cara and Alexis remind me most of Kate when it comes to their looks…of course they are all beautiful kids!
You are correct, Nicole–Cara is the most like Kate, if we are talking about the TWINS. I was just talking about the sextuplets. But Alexis LOOKS the most like Kate when she was little (not talking about hair color now) And i would know this better than Kate–being that I was and am the mother who saw Kate as a baby!!
Snickers: I used to do JUST WHAT YOUR MOM DID–when things got crazy (and that was a lot of the time, with 5 kids) I would go and work in my flower garden too! That was my therapy. Someone would say “where is mom?” and someone else would say–”she’s having therapy”!!!! And then they all knew I was out in my garden!!!
Mom of KT says:

Hi Nicole L,
I meant to say hello yesterday and a big welcome to Imperfect Women. I hope you will continue to comment and to take a look around at all of our other great categories and posts.
Hi Pam!
Thank you for the warm welcome! IW is a wonderful site and I’ve enjoyed reading here for a while now. It seems like a very friendly place with interesting people who make insightful comments, and I hope to try to comment more often.
Thanks again,
Nicole
It’s nice to see comments about Kate that are not mean-spirited. I have always liked Kate, even when she was showing her controlling side as some people call it. Most of the moms I know are micro-managers when their kids are little, especially if their husbands are big kids. Once you’ve trained them the right way to behave, you can give children more freedom because they know their limits. The Gosselin kids are very cute. Unfortunately, the same thing cannot be said about all the other multiples. No one will ever be as totally captivating as Aaden Gosselin. He reminds me so much of my son. We always said that he was born a little old man and has gotten younger as he’s grown. My favorite part of the show is that the age difference between the little kids and the twins is the same as between my son and his older sister. I could relate to the situations that creates.
I have watched a special with the Jones’ quints. If continue to complain about the cost of raising them, I won’t be watching their show. Yes, it is expensive, as was the procedure they went through to conceive, but for people who have been out of work for years in this economy, it wears thin.
Hi Leigh and welcome to Imperfect Women. Great to see you posting comments and we hope you keep on doing so. Two new people to welcome on this thread. That is great. We love to get new perspectives and opinions.
I always thought it was illegal to take more then one wife? The gosh darn it lady, who hopes her husband is down the hall having sex with one of his other wife’s appears to me to be Jerry Springer material. I don’t think that is a show I would want one of my daughters to turn on and watch. We raise our children to believe that love, marriage and yes fidelity are important aspects of there life, not a bed hopping man who now thanks to TLC has a show to expose and glorify him.
Disappointed — I wondered the same thing, but I think as long as he is legally married to only one of the “wives”, he is fine on the legal front. I think there have been issues in the past with some polygamist families applying for public aid, etc. and being less than truthful about their plural living situation? I am not sure to what degree, TLC/the production company vetted this family? I really don’t know.
As for “glorifying” him, it will be interesting to see exactly how this is presented. I plan to tune into the first couple of episodes and make up my mind.
Whether you love them or hate them, I think Jon and Kate were the original family of multiples. All the ones that came later are poor excuses for the original.
Doesn’t everyone compare these new families to the Gosselin’s? I’d say the Duggar family IS its own show, but all the multiples families are a poor substitute for Jon and Kate.
JMO.
No one will ever be as totally captivating as Aaden Gosselin. He reminds me so much of my son.- Leigh
LOL! Leigh, that’s what I think of Kate’s little engineer, Colin! He reminds me of my son, so he’s the one that appeals to me, along with Hannah. I do love a kid who cleans up and helps mommy!
I just assumed he was “married” to all three of his wife’s. Yes Anna, It will be interesting to see how TLC approaches this and what message is sent across to it’s viewer’s. TLC always appeared to be a family friendly station . I as well will be curious too see how this family is conveyed to the public viewers.
